This cut pocket carrom board is of good quality; it's sturdy and seems to be durable due to the warp protection below the base. The powder, coins and striker are good too. Usually cut pocket boards are harder to play on than round pockets, because of the higher chances of penalty shots. This has been a good board to practice the nuances of the game, it helps build control on the shots; like how much force should you use to ensure the striker doesn't go in along with the coin. I've had the board for about 2 weeks now and I'm happy with the quality of the board. Looking forward to more game nights!
