I recently purchased this bhagya fish fry pan, Its a really heavy pan, worth for money, i first washed with mild soap and scrub and coated with oil, heated the pan, But the first dosa stick to the pan and the second one too. So the next day, i fried some chopped onions wit some oil till they turn black. After tat i washed and coated with oil, and made dosas. It came out perfect crispy dosa. But only smaller size dosa can be made in it unlike dosa tawa. I think its suitable only for frying fish, egg etc,.. Waiting to try out more dishes on it. Than you Bhagya for selling a worth product
Its a cute looking small pan, well seasoned, i did the seasoning again as per the instruction manual, it took v little time to season unlike dosa tawa, happy with the product, i made paneer fry, it came out well didn't stick to the pan, and it was tasty, the pan is small but its heavy and sturdy. Better than any non stick pan.
Excellent product. Thank you Amazon and bhagya. The only thing I noticed wrong in the pan is that when I pour oil in the pan (while cooking), the oil slides /moves in only one direction and stays there instead of spreading all around. Since the bottom of pan is flat all over, the oil is supposed to flow/spread all around but in my case it is not so. Is it normal with others also? or do I have to change the piece.
Very nice but very small though it’s worth the price but it’s all on how we preserve these cast iron utensils after use. We need to take good care after every use... Now I am looking forward for a 10 inches Kadai and a kettle for tea maximum 4 persons serving..... May I look forward to these products soon ?? 🤔
