First of all, let me tell you that I have been playing drums for the past eight years, and I had bought this product about a month ago. I am a regular user of electronic drum sets and I most probably think that this is one of the best e-drum sets under ₹65000. Although I have bought this product from the official website of Bajaao.com where you get this drum set for ₹56000 only, I don't think that would make much difference.........Now let me list out the basic pros and cons of this drum set :-
PROS :- 1. As I have already mentioned, this drum set is a BANG for the price,...I mean all tunable mesh drum heads and a 14"ride three zone with choke function..... that says it all!!! 2. There are a wide range of drum kit sounds and around thousands of createable combos on the module...so you never feel short of variety. 3. The pads feel quite good are are pretty responsive and sensitive, making it suitable for studio recordings....and according to my experience, the pads are not much different from the Roland double ply mesh heads, and so again... quality for value of money. 4. The base and snare sounds are simply amazing....any drummer would feel the difference while playing it. 5. The rack is sturdy....and rebounds are exactly like an acoustic drum set, even though the overall height is comparably small. 6. The module is very user friendly......and anybody who wants to learn drums from scratch can easily do it while on this set. 7. All the cymbals are chokable (except the hi hat) and crashes are dual zone....making it good value for money...and also all pads are 10"dual zone, which is quite enough for a standalone drum set. 9. Also, the look of the drum set is very much appealing and all parts put together makes the product look quite beautiful. 8. The last advantage I want to tell you is that the double pedal function is very playable, unlike other drum kits in this price range.
Now that you know all the pros, let me tell you all the cons, which are not that disappointing...:-
CONS:- 1. The only real disadvantage, and probably the reason for why I did not give a five star is that the overall sounds are not up to the mark and if you are thinking of setting up a MIDI cable and enhance the sounds with some sound softwares, you will be dissapointed to know that there is no MIDI output on the module.......sad, isn't it? 2. I would recommend using a different base pedal of some other company 'cause mine went loose on the second day...though that doesn't bother me as most drumsets in this price range don't even come with a base pedal. 3. After setting up the drum set, I felt that the positioning of parts on the rack was quite difficult and rigid for my style...... though that depends upon person to person. 4. One thing that struck me off then most after the sounds was that although you can add an extra Tom, you can't add a third cymbal on this set, which might affect some people. 5. One last disadvantage which I want to mention is that the positioning of the kick pad is quite tricky and won't suit most of the drummers with some experience...like me ;-)
I finally want to put my own reviews on the basic things of this drum set that any regular e-drum has:- Overall: four stars. Sound: three stars. Playability:four stars. Value for money: five stars. User friendly: five stars. Sensitivity: four and a half stars. Size: five stars.
Now I guess you know quite much about this drum set....let me take leave and put my final opinion as this:- ......if you are on a budget, TOTALLY go for this drum set. Thank you guys for reading this review..... happy drumming!!!!!
