activation is quite tough and existing devices in same central account

Bit Defender activation is quite tough and existing devices in same central account get updated instead of new devices for an existing central account. i have contacted the support but the issue is with central application itself.
i have moved from eset/nod32 to bitdefender fo rthe only reason of central account where I can manage all my devices in a single platoform which is not happening and it is useless and pathetic. The support is also not worthy and they just say create another central account and move it. In this case there is no point of moving to bitdefender.
