Being a Prime customer I got this product the very next day. The design is similar to the Microsoft's Xbox One controller.
The moment you grab the controller in your hand you get the same feel to it as you did with the Xbox One controller. This controller comes with a headset Jack which is a plus point. It also comes with a micro USB cable that detachable. It's plug and play. I use this controller for playing PC games.
This is the best 3rd party controller. Works flawlessly. You will love it.
I have been using this for a few weeks and my review for this controller is that it's actually pretty good.
A nitpick that it's wired and I would have loved it if it was wireless but the wire doesn't constricts you much and is long enough that you could sit on your couch and not face a problem. If you still do I would suggest getting a USB extension.
There is an app for the controller on Windows 10 on the Windows Store, install it. The app helps you recieve firmware updates. You can test the hardware on the app itself for diagnosis purposes. You can remap keys in the app if the game doesn't allow remapping conteoller keys and set it as a template so you can switch between default and the other one quite easily.
There is a headphone jack, though I have to say that the sound from that was low compared to from PC. I don't know if that was a problem because of the settings or something else but there was enough sound to play but not enough to decern everthing. I suggest pluging into the PC port. If a console, I don't own one to really help.
One of the problem I face was that after some time, the trigger button started to squeak. I may be because I used it heavily (I was using the trigger for nail attack in Hollow Knight).
Overall, if your budget is something for a lower priced one, go for the RedGear Wireless Controller. I used it in the past and for that price point, you can't go wrong. But if you are like me and wanted something different and more premium, go for this. This may not be all that but it's the one which feels more like the Xbox controller.
EDIT: I forgot to tell you that there is no backlight so the keys don't light up. For me personally, that didn't pose any problem since I don't look at the controller much but if you are just starting out and don't know the layout of the key, backlighting helps that. So if you are looking for gaming deep into the night with yoir lights off, I would, again, recommend the RedGear Wireless Controller.
Keeping it short. This is a wired controller with micro usb port. The build quality is pretty good, except the rb rt lb lt buttons which seem a little weak compared to the rest of the build but they aren't too bad. It feels good in your hands, pretty much similar to the original xbox one. My last 2 original xbox controllers have stopped working while playing fifa, especially the left stick which goes through a lot of torture :-). This has been fine so far, pretty responsive and holding up good. I'd recommend this.
Okay wanna get ur hands massaged while enjoying your games ....well this is the one. great grip and easy to control. The controls are just freaking dope.... this is great ..and not to mention the variety of designs and colours available..just get it already
Looks wise great. A big thumbs up. But it feels like plastic (old generation game pad). Using it for Xbox one. Well the price difference (Xbox wireless controller) tells you the story. Can't complain, it does a decent job.
The controller is amazing! And you can use the pdp add to tweak some settings in your controller but the only problem is that the left joystick becomes loose after using it for a while but it can be fixed by increasing its dead zone I am satisfied with my purchase but they should improve the quality if their joysticks
Everything about this is great ,it has premium feeling, smooth analogue stick etc.. Its d-pad is better than normal Xbox controller, its cable is so light which feels like wireless and long so we can sit in our couch and play. But i would be 5 stars if its audio was a little better
