I have tried regular pencils, charcoal sketching & water color, acrylics with palette knife painting. The charcoal transfers to the opposite page if you don't add fixatives for your work. I found these pages suitable for acrylic colors without mixing water. Once the painting done keep it for air dry. Even if you don't add any satin varnish or matte or gloss, paints are not transferred to the next page & background of your painting. If you use acrylics mixed with water it will spread to background in some places where you use more strokes. And you need to keep it for drying for long time.
When comes to arts supply, pricing where very high in market. Admist this sketch book was worh buying. The paper quality was good for the price. I even used the sheet for an poster painting, came pretty well.
I think this is an amazing product it has off white pages and has 50 sheets the delivery was on time and packaging was very good. The paper color is off white and it is not very light but its a bit thick. Its really useful for pencil sketching.!!!
