Has essential Micro-Nutrients along with protein
on 8 February 2018
Although it has the essential micro-nutrient content it has very little protein content.
(lets do the math: 100gm=17 g of protein. which means 1 full tea spoon(20gms) has 3.4 gms of protein which is very little in my opinion.)
so in my suggestion, use it as energy drink but do not use this as the only source of protein for the kids.
kids muscles grow very rapidly compared to the adult muscles. so they need an EXTRA dose of PROTEIN with essential micro-nutrient. so use natural protein foods instead of these shakes.
1. can be used as a substitute instead of other drinks( boost, horlicks)
2. has a few essential micro-nutrients
3. taste is nice
4. received free sketch pens
1. carbohydrate content is high. NOT recommended for healthy(fat) children .
2. price is a little high.
