a. I had to return this package since they sent 1 BULB less in the initial package on 9Oct17
b. the next package I received all the bulbs but the bulb performance has been very poor. within 2-3 months 4, 5 bulbs konked off. Now I am having more bulbs konked off. I want to replace within the warranty period, but there is no warranty return information given on the package.
Cost of bulbs worked to about 100 per bulb which was comparatively high but considering Philips brand, I went for the package.
Amazon should be very clear in mentioning the warranty return information which they don't do. Now I don't even have the contact details where to get this warranty initiated. Please include and improve.
21Sep18 Amazon asked me to connect with Phillips directly for warranty products. Phillips never responded. Amazon unable to help.
Conclusion:Dont buy bulbs on Amazon.
