This is one of the best books on holistic fitness for Indians. A must read for anyone who wants to change their body for the better.

Taking away two stars because roughly two fifths of the book comprises of unnecessary anecdotes, silly jokes, mockery and contempt of people and their habits, and hindi/Hinglish mixed in the language. If the author gives it to a mature editor, this book will be slimmer, fitter and more nutritious.

A superb book which is different from other exercise books in the sense that it's practical and covers everything from yoga to cardio to gym . As all of other brilliant Rujuta Diwekars books , this one also is as if the author is speaking to you personally on exercise tips .

Excellent book and a must read by everyone.I never thought strength training is so important and will contribute to Fat loss.This book gives us deeper insight on types of exercise and its effect on health.Thanks Rujuta,this book helped me a lot.
PS : Never do cardio before strength training :)

Clear points on workout from the importance to the myths to developing a routine and everything in between. Practical tips that help. The content confirms to logic and my own personal experiences. Good work!

Too complicated for simple readers who bought it after reading earlier books of rujuta thinking it will simplify their life all the more..m looking into dictionary all the time

this is one book which delicately balances the amount of info to be given to a layman, at the same time not sound too simplistic. good read for anyone who wants to lose fat and eat healthy.

If you are on of those poeple who would want to lose weight or improve health, then this one is a must read. It will clear all of vagueness from your mind about exercise.

Rujuta Diwekar has once again nailed the hammer on the head through this book. An excellent myth buster! Some pages tend to get very very technical with a poor recall and adherence value but she still manages to give you a perspective about fitness that no one can while helping you design a personalized fitness regime.

Such a honest piece of writing...Made every effort to give step by step logic and science behind exercise and health management..Rujuta, hats off ! By this work, you seem to be a selfless personality...Giving away such wisdom...Must for all the people who care about themselves..

This book explains exercise as a science. Does and don'ts have been explained in a light manner. I found it very motivating.
