Very useful book, diluted by unnecessary stuff

This is one of the best books on holistic fitness for Indians. A must read for anyone who wants to change their body for the better.
Taking away two stars because roughly two fifths of the book comprises of unnecessary anecdotes, silly jokes, mockery and contempt of people and their habits, and hindi/Hinglish mixed in the language. If the author gives it to a mature editor, this book will be slimmer, fitter and more nutritious.
