A very good "learn as you colour" book for kids
18 March 2018
Was looking for a good colouring book for kids that was not just for colouring but also has some learning too. Found this book very comprehensive and well thought out since it has alphabets, numbers, vegetables, shapes, months, colours and even favourite places. I like the concept of associating months to the key events that happen in that month e.g. October is associated with Gandhi Jayanti etc. It also has stickers for kids to stick. It's simple to understand and has even tips for parents on how to teach kids about numbers, bird, animals vegetables etc. Understand that they have come out with this book in collaboration with Early Childhood Assoc. The pictures are large enough for even small kids to colour without the colouring spilling out too much. On the whole the book is highly recommended for parents who like their kids to learn by association while having fun colouring, and sticking the pictures. In fact I went ahead and picked up a couple to give to friends!
