A Wholesome Book for a Wholesome Life

This is a very informative book and for sure it is in my Top 3 Health books. I like the fact that Luke has covered all the 4 aspects of good health: Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise and Emotional detoxification. He has explained common myths about lifestyle diseases and encouraged to look beyond calories. I love his 62 lifestyles changes which can be incorporated for a healthy and a happy life. These changes are very much practical and easy.
