Refunds for Seller Fulfilled Items

To get refunds for seller fulfilled orders, initiate the returns process through our Returns Support Centre. Remember that the items have to be returned to the sellers, not Amazon.in.

In any case where a refund is required, the sellers need to authorise that refund. Amazon.in can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the following timelines apply for the amount to be credited.
