Business orders can only be returned by the business customer if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped and if the seller is duly notified within 3 days from the order receipt by the business customer. These orders can only be returned for a refund; however few sellers may offer a replacement. Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page. Once the product is returned to the seller, they usually take about 2-3 business days to initiate a refund. If the refund is not initiated within 2-3 business days, then you are requested to either contact the seller if you see a Contact Seller button next to the order or contact us.
