If you're having trouble connecting to your Alexa device with Bluetooth, here are some things to try.
Compatible devices have a Bluetooth section in the Alexa app. To check, go to the Alexa app, select the Devices icon , and navigate to your device.
There are two types of supported Bluetooth profiles Alexa devices can use:

Add new batteries if your Bluetooth device has replaceable batteries.
Move your Bluetooth device and Alexa device away from sources of possible interference, such as microwave ovens, baby monitors, and other wireless devices. Check that your Bluetooth device is close to your Alexa device when you pair it.
For Echo devices:
After you clear all devices, restart your Alexa device and your Bluetooth device.
