UPI is one of the payment methods available on Amazon.in in association with Axis Bank Limited. It allows you to pay using the UPI ID created through the Amazon.in app or the UPI ID created through any of the UPI apps.
Here is how you can use UPI ID created on Amazon.in app to pay on Amazon.in app:
Note: UPI ID created on Amazon.in app can be used only on Amazon.in app and cannot be used on Amazon mobile browser and Amazon desktop browser.

If the payment failed on my Amazon order, how do I proceed?
If the payment failed on your Amazon order, you will receive an option to retry your payment with a different payment method. If you'd like to use UPI again, place a new order.
Where do I see the transaction history of my UPI ID created through Amazon.in app?
Go to Amazon Pay dashboard and tap View Statement. On the statement page, tap UPI to view all transactions made using your UPI ID created through Amazon.in app (contains transactions made on third party apps/websites as well).
