Go to Amazon Pay dashboard and click Flight tickets booking option. You can also search and book your flight by searching Flight booking in the product search bar on the website www.amazon.in ("Amazon.in").
Once you have reached the flight booking page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
Note: Currently, we offer only domestic flight bookings in India. To make flight bookings, you need to login to your account in order to proceed with the booking.
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that eliminates the hassle of a paper ticket. After you book a flight through our website and your booking is confirmed, we email the e-ticket to you. Simply show that email along with a valid government issued photo ID at the airline counter when checking in for your flight. You can also show the relevant ticket in Your Orders section on your Amazon account at the airline counter for check-in. You can choose to take a print out of your e-ticket if you prefer to do so.
Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age. Make sure you carry a valid proof-of-age document of the infant at the time of check-in. Please be noted that an infant must be accompanied by an adult (i.e. of a person of at least 18 years of age). You cannot book travel for more than one infant per adult.
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers / seats you will have to initiate another booking process for the additional travelers.
The option to add GST details is available only during booking, on the Traveller details screen. Add your GST details and GST address during booking of the flight to receive a GST invoice.
Yes, just enter the details of the travelers for whom you want to book for on the Traveller details screen at the time of booking.
Currently, we are not offering this feature in flight bookings. Please visit the respective airline website for any special fares.
If you don't get any flight results, it may be because there's no availability of flights for your selected dates and airports.
Note: We currently support domestic flight bookings within India only.
We do not have an option for entering the frequent flier number at the time of booking domestic flights. You can directly update your frequent flier number on the respective airline website after completing your flight booking on Amazon.
If your transaction meets the eligibility criteria, then the offer will automatically be applied to it. You can also manually enter the promotional code while booking a flight. If an offer gets applied to your transaction, you will be able to review it on the 'Review Booking' page before paying for the booking.
It depends on your airlines. Please reach out to the respective airlines for more information regarding this.
Cleartrip is our booking partner for flight tickets. All flight bookings made on Amazon will generate a Cleartrip ID. This is Cleartrip's reference number for booking. If you need to contact Cleartrip customer service team regarding your flight booking on Amazon.in, then you will need to give this ID as a reference. The Cleartrip ID will be provided to you on your booking confirmation screen and notifications upon successful completion of your flight booking transaction.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an email and SMS notification confirming the booking along with the PNR number.
You can also download your flight ticket form Your Orders section of your Amazon.in account. Just go to the relevant booking and click the Download e-ticket option.
If you need further assistance regarding this, please reach out to our travel partner Cleartrip Customer Service (CS) team at 9004490044 with the Cleartrip ID generated on your booking and available on your e-ticket.
Currently, we don't support this feature. However, you can reserve your seat and meal preferences by visiting the respective airline's website directly.
You need to show your e-ticket that has the PNR number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. Alternatively, you can use web check-in facility available on the respective airline's website or use the self-check-in kiosks at the airport, if available, to get a boarding pass.
The respective airline will send you an email with the invoice. If you haven't received the invoice email from your airline, please reach out to them.

Note: A GST invoice is only issued if you have entered the GST details while booking a flight with us.

Many airlines do not support modification of names in the booking. Please reach out to the respective airline directly for assistance.
Download your flight ticket from Your Orders section of your Amazon.in account and print it.
Cashbacks are credited within the time period mentioned in the offer terms and conditions. If the time period has passed and you still haven't received the cashback, then please reach out to our booking partner Cleartrip CS team at 9004490044 and provide them the Cleartrip ID. They should be able to assist you further.
You can cancel your flight booking from Your Orders section by clicking Cancel ticket option. You can check the refund amount before requesting cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact our booking partner Cleartrip CS team at at 9004490044 and provide them the Cleartrip ID. They should be able to assist you further on cancellation.
The cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what's applicable in your case, check the Baggage & Cancellation Policy mentioned on the booking page when you're making your reservation (in case you missed it, you can always go back to Your Orders for the Cancellation Policy).
We will credit the money back to the same payment method you used while making the booking. For example, if you used your credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal. If you used your debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card.
Refunds are processed to your payment method within 3-5 business days. In case, you paid for your booking using Amazon Pay balance, the refund would be processed to your Amazon Pay balance in 2 hours.

You can check your refund status from Your Orders section by clicking on the relevant booking order.
