Secured Delivery with OTP
You will receive a secured delivery of your package. You need to verify it using the OTP we've sent you.
The One-time password (OTP) verification at the time of delivery adds an additional layer of security to your packages.

We will send a One-time password (OTP) to your registered email address and phone number when the package is out for delivery.

You can also find your OTP by clicking on the Track Package button next to the order in Your Orders.

It is a 6-digit numeric PIN and valid till the end of the day.

Enter the OTP you've received into the delivery agent's device.

Once the OTP verification is done, the delivery agent will hand over the package to you.
Note:

In case, you're not available at the delivery address to receive the package, you may share the OTP with whoever you designate to receive the package on your behalf. We recommend you not to share this OTP with an unknown person. Alternatively, we will re-attempt the delivery on the next day.

Do not share the OTP with the delivery agent over phone. The OTP is intended for you to ensure secured delivery of the package.
