When you place an order for a Global Store product, an identity proof is required to enable successful delivery of the product.
Having an identity (ID) proof is a mandatory requirement for customers importing items into India. When you purchase a Global Store product on Amazon, you can either complete your KYC while the order is being placed or provide it after the order is placed. If you've opted to submit ID proof at a later stage, then we will email you a link to complete your KYC or alternatively you can visit Your Orders page to upload the ID proof.
Note: For gift orders or orders where the individual placing the order is not the recipient, the ID proof being submitted should be that of the gift/order recipient to whom the order is being delivered.
