You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel items, go to
After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your account.
You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.
Note: Global Store orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery. However in such cases, Delivery charges and Import Fee Deposit will be deducted. Only the Product price will be refunded once the item reaches back to the seller in US which will take up to 15 business days.
