Cancel Orders from Your Mobile Device

You can cancel orders from your mobile device before it has entered the shipping process.

To cancel an order from your mobile app, follow the below steps:

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Select menu on the top left and tap "Your Orders" from the available options
  3. Tap the item you want to cancel and select View order details from the next screen
  4. Tap Cancel items and choose the Cancellation reason on the next screen
  5. Tap Cancel checked items to finish cancelling your order

To cancel an order from your mobile browser, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to www.amazon.in
  2. Sign in to your amazon.in account
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the home page where you'll find different options
  4. Tap "Your Orders" from the available options
  5. Tap the item you want to cancel and select View order details on the next screen
  6. Tap Cancel items and choose the Cancellation reason on the next screen
  7. Tap Cancel checked items to finish cancelling your order

Note: The option to cancel your order will only appear if the order hasn't entered shipping process. If the order has already entered shipping process, you will not find this option. However, for orders shipped through Amazon Transportation Services, you will be able to cancel the order any time before delivery
