Where's My Order?

Find the status of your order

If you have successfully placed an order recently and have not received it yet, see if we've already sent your package:
  1. Click Your Account at the top corner of any of our webpage
  2. Click View open orders and sign in with your e-mail address and password.

    On the next page, you'll see your order details.

Not yet Shipped:

It means that we have not yet started preparing your order. You can check the estimated delivery date next to each product. The estimated delivery date is based on the availability of your products and the delivery option you chose while confirming your order.

Shipping soon:

It means that we are preparing your order and it will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours. You cannot make changes to an order that is about to be shipped.


It means that we have sent your order on the date indicated. You can check the estimated delivery date in Your Account.

Out for Delivery:

It means that your package is out for delivery and should be delivered on the day you receive the message


It means that your package has been delivered. In case you have not received it personally, please check with your family members in case of a residential address or the office security/ mailroom etc in case it is a business address.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will do everything possible to track your package.

If you cannot find your order in Your Account, it's possible that you may not have completed the checkout process. Click the Cart button on the top right corner of any of our pages and check if your items are still in your cart. If yes, click Proceed to Checkout to begin the purchase process. If you can't find your product in Your Account or in your Cart, it's possible that you may have placed your order using an account associated with a different e-mail address.
