  2. Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.

In some cases, if you report an issue with your smartphone, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide a resolution.

Return Policies for Seller Fulfilled Items

The return timelines for seller-fulfilled items sold on Amazon.in are equivalent to the return timelines mentioned above for items fulfilled by Amazon. For damaged/ defective products that are seller-fulfilled, the seller will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. Returns for seller-fulfilled items that you no longer need are subject to the seller's approval of the return. If you do not receive a response from the seller for your return request within three business days, you can submit an A-to-Z Guarantee claim.

Note : For seller fulfilled items from Books, Movies & TV Shows categories, the sellers need to be informed of the damage/ defect within 14 days of delivery.

Returning Global Store Items

Global store products can only be returned for a refund. Once you've scheduled a return pickup through our Online Returns Center you're required to keep the following documents ready to hand it over to the pickup associate:

  • Copy of your ID proof
  • Return invoice
  • Customer authorization

The Return invoice and Customer authorization documents should be affixed on the package. You can access these documents by clicking Manage Returns in the Online Returns Centre.

It generally takes up to 15 - 25 days for an item to reach us after it is picked up. Once the package is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Note:

  • If your return is due to an Amazon error you'll receive a full refund, else the return shipping charges and import fees will be deducted from your refund amount. An item that is either damaged or defective when delivered to you will be considered as an Amazon error.
  • To facilitate end-to-end tracking of your return, we've restricted returns to only returns via pickup.

Inspect & Buy, 2-day Return Window

This policy applies on all products with the Inspect & Buy label. All such Inspect and Buy eligible products can be returned for a refund within 2 days of delivery.
