Revise Payment

If your transaction failed in the first attempt, you can retry your payment with the same payment method or choose a different one.

To retry payment, go to

To revise payment:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Find the relevant item or order and select Retry Payment Method.
  3. Select your chosen payment method and select Continue.
Tip: For information on why payments fail, go toPayment Issues and Restrictions.
Important: Customer has to revise payment within the timeline mentioned in the email that is sent to them. Once the mentioned timeline has passed, the order will be auto cancelled.
