Q. What if the item I received is defective?

All products purchased from the Large Appliances store can be returned within 10 days of installation in case they are found to be damaged or defective. We strongly recommend that you do not open the package or try to install it on your own before the brand representatives arrive for installation. This will ensure that any defective / damaged items are identified by the brand representative.

Q. The washing machine I ordered for was delivered two weeks ago. However, the installation was done last week. While operating it today, it short-circuited and sparks came out. It is not working now. I understand that it's been over 2 weeks it was delivered, but I could use it only from last week. Can I still return it?

The product should be still covered under manufacturer warranty, so please reach out to the brand directly. A brand technician will come to check the defective product and take necessary corrective action.

Q. I'd ordered for a grey coloured refrigerator. However, the colour doesn't seem to compliment the aesthetics of the room. Can I get it exchanged for a different colour? It's still uninstalled.

Q. I have received an incorrect product versus what was advertised on the site. The product detail page listed the washing machine as silver grey in colour, with the corresponding image. However, the machine I have received is blue in colour. Is this returnable?

In case you've received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will process a return request for the item and cancel the installation request. We will not be able to accept returns post installation.

Q. I have received the product. But the invoice/ warranty card / user manual is missing - what should I do?

In case you do not receive either of these (invoice/warranty card/user manual), please contact us immediately and we will work with the seller to provide the same to you.
