The one thing which captivates me in Amish's books is that he strikes the right chord among the readers that you cannot help but ponder over the lines just read. Immortal India is one such book where I felt my heart was speaking when I was reading it. Many of us have opinions but do not know how to express them. This book not only puts forward the timeless glory of our country but also teaches the readers how to discuss it with people. Debates about Indian traditions is widespread in today's times. They actually make us realise about how much of India we are still unaware of. Here we have a book which just what we need. It also makes us see the light of India, not forgotten, but somewhat ignored and taken for granted. I am lucky to come across this masterpiece.
