This is the first time in my entire association with Amazon for more than 8 years, I'm facing an issue with the product and with Amazon's return policy.
First of all, I tried using this will HP Laptop and a Samsung Full HD 40" TV. The cable was not detected. Then I tried it with same HP laptop and a Samsung Smart TV. It didn't work. (Not able to duplicate/extend displays as it was not detected)
Then, to test the HDMI devices in TV and in the laptop, I used another HDMI (the one provided with Airtel DTH) on both the TVs. It worked perfectly fine. After trying all these, I tried to return this item in a hope that I'll get the money credited to my card or to Amazon Pay. But sadly, I there is no option to RETURN and we can only REPLACE that too, I'll have to wait until Sep 01 to get the replacement. Who will wait for one month for this cable? The service of both Amazon and iVoltaa are pathetic.
