It is a good natural sugar alternative, has a slightly different taste we have to get used to for the first few days before we get over it and fell like normal. Even after a month w e can feel the difference. The only way to not see the difference, is to not have other forms of sweetner at all. Not eat sweets made of sugar, jaggery etc. It has some Lactose as ingrdient which is what I dont prefer. However for today we are ok.
