Yoga and Ayurveda walk hand in hand, it's a perfect combo. The Wellness Sense is an easy, accessible book on day-to-day Yoga and Ayurveda that explains all minute to major things that affects our body and how to balance everything to remain healthy throughout. For all those who Google and never get the whole picture, this is a must read. As I read, I felt I knew the bits and pieces. However the author has done a great job of connecting the pieces and presenting us with a wholistic sense of health and wellness. This book definitely makes me want to read more from this author.
