It is a nice book in which many helpful tips are given. The book encourages readers to embrace a healthy yogic lifestyle which not just includes yogic postures but also sattvic diet and mindful eating. I like the connection which the author makes with the readers through his own story of overcoming childhood illness..I also love the receipes of lemon rice and curd rice..overall a good book towards a healthy lifestyle..
