Although it is a nice machine, i discovered that its auto update expiration (when it is no longer functional) is june 2022. this the hidden insidiousness of Chromebooks: they expire. i have a perfectly good one at home (another machine) which Chrome no longer supports, so that it is worthless. This notebook, which says it is a 2020 product, and arrived today expires in 18 months. it is being returned.
Update: even though the product description was false -- it is not a 2021 model -- it is an old model with a short software explanation, amazon wouldn't honor the timely refund. deducted out was $75. horrible customer service.
