She also enjoys reading all kinds of non-fiction, but has a particular interest in African-American historical and contemporary non-fiction, but will read an occasional fiction book. She enjoys listening to old-school/throwback rap, hip-hop, and R&B, and jazz music from any era.

For this to be a book about a billionaire and his uppity family - all of the cussing, name calling and I do not think that I have ever seen so many of the “B” word in a single sentence. I saw the one review of boring, but I went ahead and paid for this book. It is not worth spending your money for. Trashy, poorly written and disrespectful. Will not be following this author.

I had high hopes for this book, but I finally had to give up and flip through the pages to get to the end as quickly as possible. The characters had no substance. Eve is upper middle class, and was overwhelmed when she received a Chanel bag………really?

I still love the cover, but I won’t read the other books in the series.
