Hi I bought this gm neon cosmic bat last year in feb 2020 for my 15 year old son… as the pandemic started in the month of March there was no cricket the whole year, knocked it well in the lockdown period… got it machine knocked at a sports store as the ping wasn’t good, then used it for couple of net sessions and a couple practice matches, it cracked just above the middle of the bat as you can see in the picture… i went to the cricket store near me to have it repaired, the sports shop owner said it’s a bat manufacturer defect… I Request GM/ Cloudtail to attend the issue (replacement) as it’s an expensive bat… I have purchased 3 GM Bats and quite a few other bats from Cloudtail never complained prior to this… having full faith on Cloudtail… regards
