1. What is the Kotak Bank Credit Card and EMI Offer?

a) Get 10% instant discount on purchase of a listed Mobiles and Mobile Accessories using Kotak Bank Credit, Credit EMI and Debit EMI transactions.

b) Minimum purchase amount INR 5,000.

c) Maximum discount of INR 1,000 on Credit Card and INR 1,250 on Credit Card EMI and Debit Card EMI.

d) The offer is valid for only one product per card.

e) Any cancelled, rejected or returned order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted with the instant discount amount.

2. How can I avail this offer?

There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process and use your saved Kotak Bank credit card to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

The minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is INR 5,000 on Kotak Bank Credit Card, Credit Card EMI and Debit EMI.

4. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?

Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both as long as a minimum purchase value is spent on Kotak Bank Credit Card and Debit EMI.

5. Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?

COD and Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

6. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?

Yes, the offer is available on partial payments as long as minimum purchase value is spent on Kotak Bank Card.

7. Is the offer applicable on Debit cards?

No, the offer is not applicable on Debit Card full payment.

8. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per Card is INR 1,000 on Credit Card and INR 1,250 on Credit Card EMI and Debit Card EMI on purchase of listed products under the offer. Check the offer eligibility on the Product Page.

9. What if I cancel my order?

The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However, if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.

10. Can I avail the offer on NON-EMI transactions?

Yes, the offer is applicable on NON-EMI purchase only on credit card.

11. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?

If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback. For more information on revise payment, click here

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer ("Offer") is provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (formerly known as Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited) ("Amazon") and made available on the website www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in"). This Offer is extended to the customers of the Bank having a valid Kotak Credit Card (“Customer”).

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

3. All residents of India holding a valid and current credit issued by the Bank ("Card") are eligible to avail the Offer ("Cardholder").

4. This Offer is valid from Feb 22nd, 2021 to Feb 25th, 2021 ("Offer Period").

5. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Duration, makes any purchase of Mobiles and Mobile Accessories from Amazon.in and makes the payment using the Kotak Credit Card and Debit Card EMI, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of 10% of the total purchase value for a successful purchase transaction made on Amazon.in, provided the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 5,000 on credit card, credit card EMI and Debit EMI on a per transaction basis. Valid on only one card per transaction.

7. Each Cardholder can avail a maximum instant discount of INR 1000 on credit card full swipe and INR 1250 on credit/debit card EMI transaction per Card under this Offer for the purchases on Amazon.in using the Card, irrespective of number of purchases.

8. The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions. Valid on all tenures – 3 /6 /9 /12 / 18 / 24 month

9. This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded, and if the Customer has utilized the Debit Card EMI option then the loan availed the loan will be cancelled.

10. Bank and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.

11. In case there are multiple items in a purchase order, the item-wise savings/discount may vary. However, the overall savings/discount on the purchase order will be equivalent to maximum savings / discount the Cardholder is eligible for under this Offer.

12. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

13. Bank and Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

14. Delinquent and over-limit Bank's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.

15. Participation in the Offer is voluntary.

16. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have read understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and conditions of Amazon with respect to the Offer before availing the Offer. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Amazon.

17. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

18. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.

19. All disputes between Cardholders and Bank will be resolved inter se, and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Cardholders and Bank.

20. Under no circumstance will benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Amazon.

21. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Amazon its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.

22. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Amazon. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Amazon by getting in touch with Amazon customer service without any reference to the Bank.

23. The decision of the Bank and Amazon in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.

24. The Bank and Amazon, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

25. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
