(VIVO) and reserves the right to extend/ annul/modify the offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior information. For availing this offer the customer needs to purchase Vivo V17Pro during the Offer Period and activate the same by 31st October 2019. He/she can avail this offer by paying just Rs.999 (Labor Charge) anytime during a period of 6 months from the date of the activation of the Product if the screen suffers external damage. Please note that in case the customer activates the product after the above mentioned date they shall not be eligible for the offer. The offer can be availed only once by visiting the authorized service center of Vivo. In case the customer doesn’t avail this offer within 6 months from the date of the Product activation the offer shall stand forfeited and no claims will be entertained in this regard against Vivo. Vivo reserves the right to extend or annul this offer at any point of time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
One time screen replacement shall be on As Is basis & as per stocks availability. Vivo shall not be responsible for its non-availability due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other force majeure conditions etc.
Offers cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, are non-transferable & cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.
Redemption of One Time Screen Replacement offer:
- Every customer who has purchased and activated the Product during the Offer Period shall be eligible to avail the one time screen replacement offer by paying just Rs.999 (Labour Cost) anytime during a period of 6 months from the date of the activation of the Product if the screen suffers external damage.
- The offer can be availed only once by visiting the authorized service center of Vivo.
- In case the customer activates the product after the Offer Period he/she shall not be eligible for the offer.
- Also if the customer doesn’t avail this offer within 6 months from the date of the Product activation (i.e. activation during Offer Period) the offer shall stand forfeited and no claims will be entertained in this regard against Vivo.
- Vivo reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions of this Offer at any given point at its sole discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.
- Vivo reserves the right to substitute the Screen Replacement Offer with some other gift(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons.
- Vivo shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the entries by the customer or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the participation of the customer or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.
- Failure by Vivo to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- In no event shall Vivo be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer, its services these Terms(however arising, including negligence). Vivo shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
- Customer shall need to back-up any data and/or software they have on their Vivo V17Pro as it may, at Vivo’s discretion, be replaced and not repaired. Vivo accepts no liability for the loss, corruption or destruction of any data or software on Customer’s Vivo V17Pro handset.
- Replacement products or parts will have a warranty until the expiry of the original warranty of the product. Old parts become property of Vivo.
- Spare parts covered - a) Touch panel/LCD as applicable. Any other type of malfunctioning other than breakage will be covered as per the Vivo warranty policy. Scheme is valid only for a single time replacement of the touch screen/LCD.
- In case of touch screen breakage, customer should visit Vivo authorized service center in person to avail this scheme. Customer must possess original proof of purchase, Identity proof and valid contact number and same will be validated by Vivo service team before final approval.
- Scheme is valid for Vivo V17Pro handsets sold within India within the promotion period of 20th September to 8th October 2019. No cash refund will be given to customer. Only broken touch screen replacement is covered under this scheme.
- Customer needs to pay labor charges as applicable, for the screen replacement under this scheme.
- In case of spare parts other than the screen are required to be changed due to any physical damage, then the repairs will be done as per Vivo warranty policy. Cost of same will be borne by the customer.
This Screen Replacement Offer excludes:
- Damage suffered as a result of liquid ingress.
- If another part of the phone (other than the screen) is damaged beyond economical repair.
- If the damage is suffered as a result of use of the phone other than for its ordinary and generally accepted purpose or is deliberately damaged.
Decision of Vivo in relation to the Offer and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at Gurugram shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
