  1. The limited period promotional offer, namely Flights Nov – New Customer Offer ("Offer") is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("APIPL") and is made available on the website and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "") operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL"). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of flight / airline tickets on

These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

  3. This Offer is valid from Nov 1, 2019 to Nov 30, 2019 (both days included) ("Offer Period"), unless modified, extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.

  4. During the Offer Period, any customer who successfully undertakes the following steps:

(a) books a flight / airline ticket on ("Booking"); (b) applies the applicable coupon code on the 'Flight Details' page; and (c) makes payment for the Booking transaction using any payment method available on,

will be eligible to receive a cashback amount as per these Offer Terms.

  1. The amount of cashback that a customer will be entitled to will depend on the 'Prime membership' status of such customer. This Offer is applicable only on the first ever flight Booking on The relevant details concerning the transaction value criteria and corresponding cashback for such transaction of Booking is provided in the table below.


Each of the aforesaid cashback is hereinafter referred to as "Benefit".

  1. It is hereby clarified that the transaction value of the Booking is inclusive of ticket fare, taxes and convenience fee.

  2. The applicable amount of the Benefit will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

  3. The Benefit (under this Offer) will be provided to the customer within 3 (three) business days of the successful completion of the Booking.

  4. It is hereby clarified that a customer can avail all the Benefits (i.e. each of the cashback) listed in the table above during the Offer Period, subject to fulfilling the qualifying criteria, including the minimum transaction value criteria (where applicable). However, each of the aforesaid Benefits can only be availed once during the Offer Period. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on, other than any offers made available for Bookings on

  5. An eligible customer will not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer on cancellation of the entire Booking transaction for any reason, by the customer, by APIPL, by the concerned airline or by Cleartrip Private Limited ("Cleartrip").

  6. In respect of the cancellation, if the Benefit has been provided to the eligible customer, the relevant amount of Benefit will be deducted from the refund amount applicable for the cancelled Booking. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

  7. APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

  8. An eligible customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the Booking transaction.

All disputes arising between the eligible customer(s) and Cleartrip in relation to the Booking or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se between the customer(s) and Cleartrip in accordance with the applicable terms, APIPL and / or ASSPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.

  11. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and / or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

  12. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and / or ASSPL.

  13. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on to avail this Offer.

  14. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any eligible customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

  15. Any query / issue in relation to the Benefit under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only during the Offer Period.

  16. The eligible customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

  17. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

  18. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
