  3. Do I need any coupon code to avail the offer? The coupon code '‘PRIMEDAY2019’ gets auto applied on the 'Flight details' page. In case you have manually removed the code while booking, you can reapply it by selecting the code from the offer list or by entering the code ‘PRIMEDAY2019’ on the 'Flight Details' page before making the payment.
  4. How and when will I receive the cashback? The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within 3 working days of the successful completion of the flight booking on Amazon.in.
  5. What will happen if my booking is cancelled partially or fully? This offer will not be applicable if you, the merchant or Amazon cancels the order fully and in such a case, participation in the promotion will be deemed withdrawn. If cashback is availed on any booking, and the transaction is subsequently fully cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the cashback amount availed on the purchase. If the booking is not fully cancelled, cashback amount will be retained by you.
  6. My payment for flight booking on Amazon.in failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer? If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to retry your payment for such order. Terms and Conditions

  1. The limited period promotional offer, namely Flights Prime Day 2019 offer ("Offer") is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("APIPL") and is made available on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in") operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("ASSPL"). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of flight / airline tickets on Amazon.in.

  2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

  3. This Offer is valid on July 15, 2019 and July 16, 2019 ("Offer Period"), unless modified, extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.

  4. During the Offer Period, any 'Amazon Prime Member' who successfully undertakes the following steps: (a) books a flight / airline ticket on Amazon.in ("Booking"); (b) applies the coupon code 'PRIMEDAY2019' on the 'Flight Details' page; and (c) makes payment for the Booking transaction using any payment method available on Amazon.in. will be eligible to receive a cashback for an amount equivalent to 20% of the total transaction value of the Booking, subject to a maximum of INR 2500 ("Benefit"). It is hereby clarified that this Offer and the Benefit thereunder is only available to 'Amazon Prime Members' that fulfill all the conditions mentioned herein.

  5. It is hereby clarified that the transaction value of the Booking is inclusive of ticket fare, taxes and convenience fee.

  6. The applicable amount of the Benefit will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

  7. The Benefit (under this Offer) will be provided to the eligible customers within 3 (three) business days of the successful completion of the Booking.

  8. It is hereby clarified that an eligible customer can avail the Benefit only once during the Offer Period and this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on Amazon.in, other than any bank offers made available for Bookings on Amazon.in.

  9. An eligible customer will not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer on cancellation of the entire Booking transaction for any reason, by the customer, by APIPL, by the concerned airline or by Cleartrip Private Limited ("Cleartrip").

  10. In respect of the cancellation, if the Benefit has been provided to the eligible customer, the relevant amount of Benefit will be deducted from the refund amount applicable for the cancelled Booking. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

  11. APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

  12. An eligible customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the Booking transaction.

  13. It is clarified that this Offer is available only on the Booking of select flight operators that are available and listed on Amazon.in.

  14. All disputes arising between the Amazon.in eligible customer(s) and Cleartrip in relation to the Booking or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se between the customer(s) and Cleartrip in accordance with the applicable terms, APIPL and / or ASSPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.

  15. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and / or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

  16. Under no circumstances, will the Benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and / or ASSPL.

  17. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer.

  18. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any eligible customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carrie d out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

  19. Any query / issue in relation to the Benefit under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only during the Offer Period.

  20. The eligible customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

  21. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

  22. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
