Q) How do I avail this cashback offer?

A) You have to go to the partner website or app, select service of your choice & make the payment using Amazon Pay as the payment option. No coupon codes are required.

Q) Can I avail the offer if I am a non-prime member?

A) To avail the full benefit of the offer, you will need to be a Prime member. However, if you choose not to sign up for a Prime membership you can avail only the 30% up to Rs.100 cashback when you pay using Amazon Pay on partner website or app.

Q) How many times can I avail the offer?

A) The offer can only be availed once per user during the offer period. Cashback offer is valid only for customers who have a verified Indian mobile number (country code +91) associated with their Amazon account used for payment.

Q) What is the duration of the offer?

A) The offer is valid from 9th July to 17th July, inclusive of both dates

Q) When & how will the cashback be credited?

A) The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance into your Amazon account. The 30% offer cashback will be credited within 3 working days & the Rs.50 prime incremental cashback will be credited separately with 5 working days of completing the payment

Q) What will happen if my order is cancelled partially or fully?

A) This Offer will not be applicable if you, the Merchant or Amazon cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. However, if you place another valid order after this during the offer period, you will be eligible for the cashback.
