FAQs

1. What is the offer?
   Get 10% cash back on IndusInd Bank and YES Bank Debit and Credit Cards, on purchase of products listed in Amazon Fashion category and Beauty category from 14 April, 2018 to 15 April, 2018.

2. How can I avail this offer?
   There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process. Please note, the entire amount needs to be paid from your card to avail the offer.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback?
   The minimum transaction amount to avail cashback is Rs.1,000. The cashback will be calculated on the net amount paid on the card (after returns/cancellations, if any).

4. What is the maximum cash back that I can avail?
   The maximum cash back per card across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs.500.

5. When will I get the cash back?
   Cash back will be credited to the card holder's account by bank, latest by 15 June, 2018

6. Is cashback applicable on debit and credit cards?
   Yes, the cashback is available on IndusInd Bank and YES Bank Debit and Credit Cards

7. Can I avail cash back on credit card on EMI?
   Yes. The cashback is applicable on IndusInd Bank and YES Bank Credit Card EMI.

8. Can I avail cash back on card payment on delivery? Are net banking transactions also included in the cashback?
   Yes, the cashback is applicable on card payment on delivery for orders placed during the offer period i.e. customers who have chosen the option of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) while ordering and chose to use card for payment on receipt of the product (MPOS). However, please note that the facility of card on delivery payment is subject to availability of the card accepting machine at the time of delivery. In order to not lose out on the offer, we highly recommend that you pay with your card online at the time of placing the order.
   No, net banking transactions are not included.

9. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?
   If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback. For more information on revise payment, click here

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer ("Offer") is made available to you by IndusInd Bank Limited and YES Bank Limited (each a "Bank") on the website www.amazon.in, the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (formerly, Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited) ("Amazon").

2. All residents of India holding a valid and current debit and credit card issued by the Bank ("Card") can avail the Offer ("Cardholder(s)").

3. The validity of the Offer is from April 14, 2018 to April 15, 2018 (both days included) ("Offer Duration"), unless extended or revoked by Bank and Amazon, at their sole discretion.

4. Bank shall provide cashback to the Cardholders as provided below on purchase made by the Cardholder (using the Card) of product(s) listed in the “Fashion" product category, including Beauty and Home Furnishing ("Products") on Amazon.in. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is valid only for purchase of physical Products, including already discounted items offered on Amazon.in and is not applicable for purchase of any digital content.

5. Under this Offer, Bank will provide Cardholders with a cashback of 10% of the total order value on purchase of the Products (for the avoidance of doubt, the products listed in the "Fashion" product category on Amazon.in), provided that a minimum purchase, on a per transaction basis, of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) (inclusive of taxes) is made by the Cardholder using the Card. The maximum applicable cashback per Card during the Offer Duration is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred, only), irrespective of number of purchases of the Product.

6. This Offer also valid on EMI transactions opted for at the time of transaction.

7. This Offer is also applicable on payment made by Cardholders using the 'Cash on Delivery' payment option provided that: (a) the order(s) is placed by the Cardholders on Amazon.in during the Offer Duration; and (b) the Cardholder, at the time of delivery of the order, makes the payment via a card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate, using the Card. In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.

8. The Offer is not valid on: (i) purchase of any product other than the Products, i.e. those listed in the in the "Fashion" product category, and/or (ii) purchase if the payment is made by a card other than the Card (identified above).

9. The cashback amount will be credited to the eligible Cardholder’s account (to which the Card is linked) by Bank by June 15, 2018. Any query / issue with respect to the cashback will be entertained by the Bank only till July 15, 2018.

10. Any query / issue regarding the Offer will be entertained by the Bank only during the Offer Duration. Post such date, no correspondence or communication will be entertained from any person.

11. Bank and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the Products or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.

12. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered on Amazon.in can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this Offer as mentioned in the communication.

13. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the respective Card. These Offer Terms are in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the respective Card's terms and conditions.

14. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify a Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

15. In case of cancellation of your transaction (for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation cancellation by the seller or by Amazon), the concerned transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If a part of your order is cancelled, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay using the Card, on the basis of minimum amount eligibility provided under these Offer Terms.

16. In a scenario where the Cardholder either returns or refunds the Product/cancels the order, the Cardholder will not qualify for the Offer and no cashback will be applicable for such transactions.

17. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Cardholder either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products shall not be responsible towards the same under any circumstances.

18. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from third party sellers listing such products on Amazon.in and accordingly Bank and/or Amazon in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

19. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Amazon.

20. All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Offer were offered.

21. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

22. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

23. Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".

24. Amazon reserves the right to alter, modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer (wholly or in part) at any time without prior notice to the Cardholders, without assigning any reason whatsoever, or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

25. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
