1) How can I pay for Amazon Prime on my Vodafone plan and take advantage of Vodafone's offer?
To sign up for Vodafone's offer with Amazon Prime, you must sign up for a monthly Vodafone RED postpaid plan. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone. You can get more details for eligibility from www.vodafone.in/amazonprime.
2) What is the validity of my Amazon Prime subscription via Vodafone? Will I be charged anything extra for subscribing to Amazon Prime?
As long as you are on Vodafone RED postpaid plan, the first 12 months of your Amazon Prime membership is included in your plan and you do not need to pay anything additional. After 12 months, you will be charged the prevailing Prime membership fee unless you deactivate the membership and no refund will be applicable.
3) How do I change my method of payment?
As long as you are on the Vodafone RED postpaid plan, you do not need to add or change your payment method on Amazon since the Prime subscription is included in your Vodafone plan.
If you no longer have the Vodafone plan that includes Amazon Prime and want to pay for Amazon Prime directly, please visit www.amazon.in/prime, sign in using your Amazon credentials and subscribe to Amazon Prime again to continue enjoying the same benefits. 4) How do I cancel Amazon Prime?

5) What happens to my Amazon Prime account if I eventually change my mobile carrier or plan?
If your mobile service is no longer through Vodafone, or you leave the qualifying Vodafone RED postpaid plan for a different plan which does not include Amazon Prime, your Amazon Prime membership will be cancelled. You can visit the ‘Manage Your Prime Membership’ page, where your current method of payment will be indicated near the top left of the page in the Billing section. You can also check with Vodafone through their Customer Support to see if Amazon Prime is a part of your service package or not.

10) I saw an error when trying to sign up for Amazon Prime from the Vodafone Play app. How do I fix that?
You should return to the Vodafone Play app page and try again. If you continue to see an error, please contact Vodafone support.

11) What happens if I’m already a Prime customer?
Existing Prime members can continue to access Prime, including Prime Video benefits, through Amazon. You cannot sign up for Prime through Vodafone while your current membership is active. Once your current membership expires you can sign up for the Vodafone Prime membership plan.
12) What happens if I’m a prepaid customer?
Currently only Vodafone RED postpaid customers are eligible for the Vodafone Prime offer. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone.
13) What happens if I’m a Vodafone corporate customer?
All Vodafone RED postpaid customers including corporate customers are eligible for the Vodafone Prime offer. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone. For customers whose bills are paid by the company, the subscription will not be auto-renewed and Vodafone will reach out to the customers directly to pay for subsequent years’ membership.
14) I just updated my plan to the eligible Vodafone RED postpaid plan but I don’t see the banner on Vodafone Play app. How do I activate my Prime membership?
You may need to wait for 2 hours for the banner to show on your Vodafone Play app. Please ensure you are using the updated version of the Vodafone Play app.
15) What happens after one year of membership is over?
After one year, your Prime membership will be auto-renewed at Rs. 999/year (or the prevailing price of annual Prime membership) and you will be charged for the same on your postpaid bill at the beginning of the next membership year. There will be no refunds after the subscription has been activated.
16) Will I be informed before my subscription renews?
Three days prior to auto-renewal for the next year, Vodafone will send a reminder SMS for renewal of membership. You receive a reminder SMS for renewal three days prior to expiry of the offer period. Should you wish to discontinue before that please Call or send SMS STOP to 155223.
