Cartridge life also depends on your water quality. You may notice a reduction in water flow from the cartridge. If reverse-flushing doesn’t restore the water flow, you have to replace the cartridge.

Dear Eddy,

To replace your CLEO Replacement Cartridge, please use the following steps :

1. Hold the top shell of the CLEO Shower & Tap filter firmly and turn the bottom shell counter clockwise to open the filter.
2. Remove the old cartridge. Insert new cartridge Red Side up in to the bottom shell. Remember to remove packing stickers from both sides of the cartridge.
3. Align the treads of the top & bottom shells of the CLEO and rotate clockwise to tighten fully.
4. Flush out water for 3 minutes. This will flush out discolored ( if any ) water - this is just carbon dust, and it is not harmful.

Hope this helps! For further assistance, please feel free to call us on 1800-121-0599 ( Mon - Sat, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm ).

Dear Sabyasachi,

While a Standard CLEO Replacement Cartridge can efficiently work for a hardness level of up to 350 PPM, regions where the hardness level is 350 - 550 PPM, we recommend you to use High Hardness Cartridge.

Generally speaking, if your water supply has presence of Chlorine (generally present in municipal water supply or in apartment complexes with chlorine treatment plants), you may go for the Standard Cartridge ( https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07N2NYM3S ).

If you get bore well or tanker water supply, you may go for the High Hardness Cartridge ( https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07N2JNVXZ ).

Hope this helps ! For further assistance, please call us on 1800 121 0599 ( Mon - Sat, 9.30 am - 6.30 pm ) .

You may send a water sample to any nearby water testing lab to check for hardness value.
