Power(watts) drawn from wall socket depends on the configuration of your system.
You can measure it with a watt meter or regular multimeter (P=V x I)

On MSI website they say that GTX n750 TI require minimum of 400 watt PSU, using VS550 is way higher as requirement of your GPU, But buying this Power Supply 'll help you in Future for SLI setup(Installing to Gtx 750 TI) which gradually requires more power to juice up both Cards......
