I use this to schedule the lighting everyday for my planted tank... One time setup and works very efficiently.
Schedule :
On lights from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM
On lights from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM
My wifi would be ON only from 8AM to 9PM everyday. The smart device auto syncs when it appears online (so its important to note that wifi is not required through out for schedule to work - I guess it got its own internal timer...).
You can turn ON/OFF from the app when device is online. I like the idea of monitoring the voltage, current and power consumption in the ios app :)
Note: Once schedule is set and if power/device goes off... Unless the device comes online the schedule will not work. So if you are on UPS like in my case (power would not be an issue) or Wifi is online 24/7 - it never misses the schedule.

3) Scheduled to charge all the mobiles daily at 12:30 am and stops at 4.30 am. Overcharging can be avoided in this case to lengthen the life of the battery.
4) Being this is 10A socket, limit your usage to only small electronic appliances like TV, Mobile charger, Kettle, etc. (If you want to use Geyser, Iron box, Washing machine etc, go for 16A socket)
Cons:
1) Cost is little on a higher side. See if the price can be reduced or a discount if we purchase 2 or more.
