In order to be sustainable in the long run, the value system of the Corporation is important and these are learnable value systems that can be learnt, taught, practiced and reviewed (for the betterment). The corporations that Shashank has chosen in this book range across the spectrum of family owned and professional, public sector and private - all with a common thread of principles they follow as a part of their daily lives and permeate through the organization. These are universal principles and can be (and actually are) applied in successful corporations globally.
It is important for such knowledge to be learnt, applied and assimilated by professionals across companies. I am confident that Shashank will continue to research on such critical yet less-researched topics and share such pearls of wisdom in the future. My best wishes to him.
