I liked the David's Will Grayson (obviously he is the one I talked about in first paragraph). He is always angry but secretly wants friends and to be loved. I laughed out loud on some of his comments. Green's Will Grayson was OK. But sometimes he very annoying with all his stupid rules. He likes Jane but wants to "notice" her from far ( I was like what ? seriously). Tiny is also likeable and important character. He is very musical, always happy and funny. I liked Gideon as well. Didn't understand the nosy character of Maura. I hate her for what she did to will.
Some of the line in this book are pure gold. These lines will make you think before you can move on with the story. Very meaningful and very deep ( I wish I had marked them while reading, I will do it when I read this again). Its kind of unique, the way plot is written - two different characters and how they end up meeting each other. At one point in the story I didn't have a clue about how the story is going to proceed. What's going to be next. I was thinking that something bad should happen but didn't have any ideas on how it will happen. In conclusion I liked the story a lot.
Its definitely recommended to others and its worth your time.
One thing that irked me too much is the fact that the POV of David's Will Grayson is all written in small letters ( It may seem silly but it annoyed me very much).
i never expected this book to engross me in a way that looking for alaska did but the plot and the story is masterfully crafted.
personally i fet that david's will is a bit negative and hayes the world in a way that is unrelatable...Youngsters go through a lot but will felt a little too naive and some of his decisions felt like forced and unnatural..
Nonetheless i loved david's will a lot. also david managed to successfully portray maura as someone who did something wrong but is actually ashamed of it.
John's will was more releevant and relatable to me... I really adored him and jane and was engrossed in their relationship. Greene developed the characters with strong foundations and made them lovable.
John's will felt more like a guy like me who cracks jokes, smiles, is cheerfull but is going through a lot. Him falling in love was relatable to my life story...
All in all the book is a wonderfull read if you like young adult.
it might not be s engrossing as looking for alaska but is still a very underrated read and worthwhile
This is an amazing product and awesome for all book collectors and readers
