This is my second association with swamiji (through book). first one is IF TRUTH BE TOLD. What an amazing book. The best part of the book is it is like smooth flow of water in the river without any up and down. the language is very simple and precise to the point. No filling up of pages. And there is no recommendation to adopt particular method of eating. Reader is given choice to decide. Ultimately i feel you would do the right thing. I can vouch henceforth i shall follow the food habit religiously. Swamiji should cover various topics in future. The book should be preserved for future generations. I have read many other good books on Ayurveda and holistic healing .
It is a general book which explains the concept of Ayurveda in easy and lucid language .
It would create interest in the mind of the reader to explore more of Ayurveda and how to adapt to it .
More important , it is written by a well renowned living saint who has become youth icon for abdicating his life of an IT expert and lavish lifestyle and plunging into monkhood and has mastered so many practices/sidhis of tantra and yoga but has remained humble and grounded unlike other so called modern saints.
Therefore , the contents of the book ,though available in other ayurvedic books , will have more acceptability among readers, especially among modern youth, due to its author .
