This is my second association with swamiji (through book). first one is IF TRUTH BE TOLD. What an amazing book. The best part of the book is it is like smooth flow of water in the river without any up and down. the language is very simple and precise to the point. No filling up of pages. And there is no recommendation to adopt particular method of eating. Reader is given choice to decide. Ultimately i feel you would do the right thing. I can vouch henceforth i shall follow the food habit religiously. Swamiji should cover various topics in future. The book should be preserved for future generations.
