I Strongly recommend this book. Good job Anagha. Starving and staying away from food (tasty food) is generally an idea of a word 'Diet'. But how we should try and get all the nutritions and be fit than being skinny is important is suggested here. Also how to keep everything in moderation and strike balance is also explained. I am sure after reading the book we can enjoy food even more and stay healthy. Do read.

This book is for the people like me who are striving under the misconception that diet is impossible and is all about giving away the food you enjoy most all your life. A modest and realistic approach which is sustainable and that’s exactly what I was searching for long time. I would recommend this to all who are looking for an overall healthy lifestyle and not just the weight loss. Amazing!

Anagha's contribution to weight loss process is remarkable. She defies the perception of "DIET" that most people have. She makes weight loss sound normal and interesting. Anagha provides an excellent and unique approach to weight loss, which is contrary to the popular belief that diets need to be super painful and restrictive. A must read for anyone who is looking to engage in a healthy lifestyle, and not just weight loss.
