Finally got perfect quinoa.1 cup quinoa and 5 cup water in pressure cooker and 6-7 whishels and resting time of 15 minutes after.
Results depends on water quality, cooker size and flame as well.
How to cook quinoa ?

1 As it is the only grain which have complete protein profile with all 9 esssetinal amino acid .
2 as its rich in fibre and good quality protein very helpful for weight loss , physically weak people including children .
Cooking is easy- add 5 times water to the Quinoa quantity and boil till it is fully absorbed...stir occasionally, however it does not flow over and spill like the cream of Dalia & Oats when you leave them unattended. It might just slightly stick to the vessel base and burn if you do not stir.
