Unique to twinings, lady grey is earl grey's elegant cousin. Her tea has the same light and delicate taste of bergamot, but with added hints of oranges and lemons. We like this black tea best in the afternoon with a biscuit or a slice of cake. The fresh, bright flavour will instantly take you to a sunnier place.

The Lady Grey Twinings tea bags are individually packed for ease. I would suggest you steep a bag in boiling hot water for about 60 seconds... then remove the bag. You will enjoy your tea this way.
Amazon was nice enough to issue a refund as the product is non returnable.
I also ordered Eco Valley's Sunny Lemony Green Tea from Amazon pantry which is several times better (even if not directly comparable as it has green tea instead of black tea) and has the same ingredients - orange peel, lemon peel and bergamot oil but costs half as much for a tea bag (30 tea bags for 112₹). I recommend Amazon customers to look at that instead of this.
Earlier I bought twinings earl grey which was similarly not as good as earl grey should be and Tetley tasted better (both off Amazon). Looks like the quality control at Twinings (which holds a royal warrant to supply tea to the British throne) has spectacularly gone south.
