I highly recommend this book along with The Lean Startup by Eric Ries for all the people who wish to grow their business multifold.
I got reference for this book from James Altucher. His blog and regular emails are very helpful.
This book is like a Bible for Traction which any startup / young business would benefit by reading and revising... It helped me, still helps. I find something new, fresh or just things I may have overlooked or forgotten
Glad I've got this book to recharge my traction whenever I need it... Or even when I don't
I have read multiple books like "Lean startup", "Good to Great'. Before starting my startup, I thought it is not required to read. But I forgot the biggest problem how I will get the traction. We went back to the basics, stopped product development and worked on the traction.
This book mainly talks about think about how you will get traction from the product building stage itself and evaluate product depending on the traction. Listed all possible traction generation methods and experiment with all and keep the best.
One of the best advise which personally helped me is to while evaluating different business models/strategies it made me think - "How I will generate traction for this?, "Is cost of customer reaching is high?"
Must read ....
